The conical air spring forming machine independently developed and designed by our company has been delivered to Qingdao CNR Vehicle Research Institute in March 2013. This model is customized according to the specific requirements of CNR group. The diameter of the large opening of the steel bead is 400-650mm, and the diameter of the small opening front and back wrap is 230-380mm.

The whole set of equipment includes: main machine and drive system, forming machine head, steel wire fastening device, reverse package and sub mouth compaction device, lower pressure roller device, rotary tailstock assembly, safety protection device and electrical control system.

After nearly half a year of design, development, processing, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and test run, it has been delivered to the user in March 2013, meeting all the requirements of the user for this model.
